How do I create an account with Zelus Academy?

You need to create an account before beginning a course. Click on the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) present on the top left of the Store screen. From the opened menu, click on the Login/Register button. Now click on Sign Up, then enter your Email ID & Password to register for an account.

I am unable to login, what should I do?

You can click on Forgot Password to reset your password from the login screen. You will receive a link in your registered email address which can be used to set a new password. If the issue persists, drop an email to enquiry@zelusacademy.com with relevant details so we can assist you.

How do I begin learning a new course?

After you have purchased the course, it would be added to your My Courses section on the portal and the app. Click on the respective course thumbnail to launch the videos.

Do I have to purchase each course individually?

To offer you greater flexibility, we have provided the option to purchase courses individually based on your interest, or to purchase the Zelus Academy membership which gives you unlimited access to our beginner-level courses.

What are Z-credits and how can I use them?

On creating an account with Zelus Academy, every user receives one Z-credit to begin with. Subsequently, for each purchase of a course, you would get two Z-credits. These credits can be applied while purchasing new courses on the app or portal.

I am unable to access a course, what should I do?

Please verify whether you are using the same email address which was used for purchasing the course. Check for the course in your My Courses section. If it is still not available, please drop an email to enquiry@zelusacademy.com.

Can I enrol for courses in an offline learning environment?

Zelus Academy is an online academy offering curated courses in the form of tutorial videos by experts in sports, music and personality development. As of now, we do not offer any offline training modules.

When will I be able to purchase advanced courses?

We are currently offering beginner-level courses on the app and portal, with plans to introduce advanced-level modules and live masterclasses by experts in due course of time.
